Rev. David Ralph, Colorado District Superintendent
Rev. Ralph was elected superintendent of the Colorado District Church of the Nazarene in July of 2001. Prior to that, he was the senior pastor of the Westminster and Green Acres Churches here in Colorado.
Rev. Ralph was raised in a Nazarene parsonage in Indiana. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University (formerly Bethany Nazarene College) and Nazarene Theological Seminary. He was ordained in Colorado.
He and his wife, Carol, have three sons: Chris, who resides in the Denver area; Jonathan, who is a pastor in Alaska; and Joshua, who lives in the Denver area, also.
Rev. Ralph enjoys reading books on trends in theology, church growth, administration, and the lives of outstanding leaders.
Pastor Laki Siaki, SOUL’D OUT CHRISTIAN CENTER INTL LAS VEGAS
Pastor Laki’s humble beginnings started in San Francisco, CA. where he was also born to the parents of Konetalaki Siaki (deceased) & Laine Falana’i on September 4, 1976. On July 18, 2000 Pastor Laki married his Queen First Lady Caroline Felise. They were blessed with 4 children; Deja, Mei, Makena and Nehemiah.
In May of 2003, Laki gave himself to Jesus Christ and took on the 52 week challenge of becoming a Soul’d Out Christian Center International member. While serving under a great man of God & CEO/Founder of Soul’d Out Christian Center International, Pastor Alex Toeaina, Laki used his whitty ideas to run and direct the Youth Program “Champions in Training”, and his street smarts to lead and head Armorbearer Ministry. With a bigger calling on his life Laki was then ordained as the Assistant Pastor to Pastor Alex Toeaina.
With a calling to “Win the lost to the Lord,” Laki followed his calling to Las Vegas and on December 4th, 2010 He was ordained as the Pastor of SOUL’D OUT CHRISTIAN CENTER INTL LAS VEGAS also known as SOCCI Win City.
Since opening Pastor Laki has since added a new member to his family a Shar Pei named “Frisko”. He continues to encourage the body of Christ through prayer, training, and teaching the word of God.
Dr. Rick Power, Hawaii Pacific District Supt.
Dr. Rick Power is the Hawaii Pacific District Superintendent. "Dr. Power brings great experience and understanding of the diverse and unique cultures of the islands," Busic said. "He will serve with grace and wisdom. We are very thankful for the providential leadership of the Holy Spirit in bringing Rick and Vicki to Hawaii Pacific for such a time as this."
Previously he was the senior pastor of Olathe, Kansas, College Church of the Nazarene, where he has served since 2010. He also pastored at Honolulu First Church of the Nazarene, as youth pastor from 1981 to 1982 and as senior pastor from 2008 to 2010. While in Hawaii, Power earned a doctorate in comparative philosophy from the University of Hawaii.
"Hawaii is one of the places we call 'home,'" Power said. "I'm honored by this call to serve the people and churches of the Hawaii Pacific District. This assignment also enables us to maintain a close connection with mission activity on the Asia-Pacific Region. All the relationships, education, experiences, and passions of our lives have led us to this moment."
Power previously served the global church as Nazarene Youth International president from 1989 to 1993. Together with his wife, Vicki, he served as a missionary on the Asia-Pacific Region from 1992 to 2007. Prior to his missionary work, Rick was the founding pastor of the Georgetown, Texas, Church of the Nazarene.
